The goal was to come up with marketing solutions for their SE. All participants received workshops about teamwork and marketing. Additionally, they received a personal mentor who created a comfortable yet productive environment for the entire team.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>General purpose and aims:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Youth have the skills to meaningfully participate in democratic society \u2013 they have\u00a0 been\u00a0 engaged\u00a0 into\u00a0 constructively\u00a0 thinking\u00a0 about\u00a0 and\u00a0 creating\u00a0 positive\u00a0 solutions\u00a0 \/\u00a0 improvements\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 society\u00a0 they\u00a0 live\u00a0 in.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diverse communities work together around common agendas, building trust and positive perspectives &#8211; Estonian\u00a0 and\u00a0 Russian\u00a0 youth\u00a0 have\u00a0 been\u00a0 experienced\u00a0 and\u00a0 reflected\u00a0 upon\u00a0 cross-cultural\u00a0 teamwork\u00a0 while\u00a0 striving\u00a0 for\u00a0 common\u00a0 objectives\u00a0 and\u00a0 acquiring\u00a0 21st\u00a0 century\u00a0 skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The\u00a0 concept\u00a0 of\u00a0 social\u00a0 enterprises\u00a0 and\u00a0 their\u00a0 role\u00a0 in\u00a0 Estonian\u00a0 communities\u00a0 have\u00a0 been\u00a0 introduced\u00a0 to\u00a0 Russian\u00a0 and\u00a0 Estonian\u00a0 youth,\u00a0 including\u00a0 the\u00a0 use\u00a0 of\u00a0 communication\u00a0 outputs\u00a0 prepared\u00a0 by\u00a0 the\u00a0 youth\u00a0 themselves.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Institutions connect with diverse communities and build social cohesion &#8211; Adult\u00a0 leaders\u00a0 and\u00a0 team\u00a0 members\u00a0 of\u00a0 Estonian\u00a0 social\u00a0 enterprises\u00a0 have\u00a0 taught\u00a0 and\u00a0 learned\u00a0 from\u00a0 the\u00a0 members\u00a0 of\u00a0 the next\u00a0 generation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Who can be included in it:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Changemakers Academy had different parties involved:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants \u2013 youth aged 14-22 from all around the country. Around 100 youngsters were involved.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mentors \u2013 people aged 18-26 with the background of marketing or youthwork.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Social enterprises \u2013 preffered were small to medium sized enterprises as then youth have more freedom and ability to help and influence the marketing plan.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Special needs tackled:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Changemakers Academy had a goal of integrating Estonian and Russian speaking youth together.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Needs for specific tools \/ hardware \/ supports:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As Changemakers Academy was organized with a bigger scope, the help of a technical event enteprise was needed. Organizers and mentors were just giving some structure or guidance, but otherwise youth themselves in a way created the program.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47f5c51 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47f5c51\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left\">How do you think it could be further developed \/ improved in terms of inclusion?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40510c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"40510c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There could be even more parties involved, especially from the formal education.
